Keri Shull

Keri is the principle agent for The Keri Shull Team.  In the past six years she has sold over $250 million in real estate.  She is licensed in VA, MD, and DC, and is a member of The Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.  Keri was The Condominium Sales Person of the year in 2006.  She worked for NVHomes prior to working for The Mayhood Company and was consistently in the top 3 sales people for the entire NVR Company.

Amanda Olsen

Amanda started her career in Real Estate with The Mayhood Company, the top condominium marketing and sales firm in the Greater Washington, DC area, and among the most experienced in the nation. Upon the completion of Amanda's last new construction project, Madrigal Lofts Luxury Condominiums in D.C., she was ready for a new challenge and transitioned into the world of re-sale. Having known Keri Shull for several years, and witnessing her success first hand, it was a logical and exciting decision for her to accomplish this through joining The Keri Shull Team.

Amanda is a licensed member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors) and NVAR (The Northern Virginia Association of Realtors). She is a successful negotiator and has sold over $10 million in Real Estate. She takes her client's needs very seriously, and works diligently to find exactly what they're looking for, most importantly, in the time frame that works best for them. Amanda is an Interpersonal Communications major, and believes good communication is the key to a successful working relationship. She understands the importance and magnitude of buying and selling a home, and would love the opportunity to share her expertise and assist you through this process!


Melinda Solley

Melinda's real estate career started in real estate marketing and development in 2000. With the condo boom of 2004 she made a career shift and began selling with the Mayhood Company, a luxury condominium sales company in the DC metropolitan area. In 2008 she received the Great American Living Award for selling over $22,000,000 in new home sales. As her last luxury $1M project was nearing an end she felt a transition into re-sale would be an adventurous and exciting opportunity as she would once again be partnering in real estate ventures with Keri Shull.

Melinda is a licensed member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and NVAR (Northern Virginia Association of Realtors) as well as being licensed in Maryland.

Melinda's ability to listen, and desire to help her clients, enables the buying process to be less stressful and more enjoyable. With over 8 years of luxury real estate sales experience and a passion for every transaction, she would be happy to assist you whether you are purchasing your first home, a move-up buyer or interested in a new/custom construction opportunities.



Bridget Mendes 

Bridget is a native of No rthern Virginia. She graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary School and George Mason University. Growing up in Northern Virginia makes her knowledge of the DC metro area second nature. Bridget purchased  her first home at the age of 19 and has personally purchased, renovated and sold multiple properties in the last 10 years. She became a licensed Realtor in 1996 and has experienced every cycle of the market during her real estate career; the peaks, the valley's, and everything in-between.  Although some markets can be more challenging than others, she constantly expanding her knowledge to help clients navigate any situation that may arise during a transaction.  Bridget sells 40 homes a year on average and has the experience to meet all of her clients' needs.  Whether you are a first time buyer,  savvy investor, or family looking  for that perfect home to raise your children. Bridget can successfully navigate each purchase, not only because she's helped previous clients through similar situations, but because she  personally has been all of those buyers.

Lauren Korolevich

Lauren's passion for real estate began in college while she was working as a real estate executive assistant.  After spending five years in sales and marketing in the rental industry she decided to devote herself to real estate sales as a licensed agent in Virginia. During that time, she learned, firsthand that in today’s market a good sales person must be proactive, aggressive, and extremely knowledgeable.

Outside of work, Lauren volunteers as a certified Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children (CASA), a position appointed by a judge to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children in court.  Her professional experiences, plus the experience she gained as a CASA, convinced her of the importance of home ownership for families and children.

Liz Newman 


After a long and rewarding career as a flight attendant, Liz decided to switch gears professionally and in early 2010 obtained her Real Estate license. After moving over 40 times in her own life she is very familiar with all of the complexities that accompany real estate transactions. Her personal experience, combined with over twenty-five years providing exceptional customer service, problem solving abilities, negotiating skills and the resources provided by The Keri Shull Team, Liz provides every advantage to her clients in achieving their real estate goals. Liz’s extensive traveling has afforded her the unique ability to understand and work well with people from all cultures and walks of life. Liz is dedicated to providing each and every client with unparalleled loyalty, honesty and hard work. She is licensed in the state of Virginia and works primarily in the Northern Virginia area.  She is a member of NVAR and NAR.  From condos just outside of the city to large single-family homes in Leesburg and the entire Dulles Corridor, she provides a vast array of experience and knowledge.  Most importantly she truly LOVES HER CLIENTS AND HER JOB!

Terry Mendes

Terry is a licensed Virginia Realtor with over 20 years experience as a real estate investor. He is also a licensed contractor and a trained home inspector.  His experience includes over 250 residential home improvement projects and rebuilds.  Terry is ambitious,  honest, and  resourceful.  He works hard to provide an excellent experience for the home buyer and to maintain a strong line of communication during the home buying process.  He welcomes the opportunity to provide you with exceptional service and the attention you deserve while making one of the most important decisions in your life.

Morgan Stillwell  

Morgan is licensed in Virginia, and specializes in the Arlington County and Fairfax County markets. Morgan prides himself on handling every transaction as if it were his own, and it's that kind of fierce dedication that has helped Morgan sell more than $25 million of real estate in just four years. After receiving his bachelor's degree from James Madison University in 2008, Morgan began investing in foreclosed homes and short sales.  While he loved the renovation side of investing, he quickly became more passionate about the re-sale side of real estate. His background in interior and exterior renovations allows him to see potential in every home, give his clients approximate renovation costs, and identify properties that would be solid equity-building opportunities.


     

Elizabeth Rea

Elizabeth is a Listing Agent with The Keri Shull Team. She has an attention to detail to ensure every aspect of selling your home is stress free. She is a successful negotiator and participated in over 100 transactions her first year in residential real estate. Elizabeth believes communication is the foundation to a successful transaction and takes pride in educating her clients through her expansive knowledge base.

Elizabeth started her career in Real Estate with CB Richard Ellis where she was a member a Top 100 Team Worldwide. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She understands the importance and magnitude of selling in today's market, and would love the opportunity to share her expertise and assist you through the process.  


Nicole Harding

As a listing coordinator on The Keri Shull Team, Nicole works hard for each and every client to ensure selling their home is a pleasant experience from start to finish.  With background in sales, events and customer service, Nicole became a Realtor with the goal of creating valuable relationships with her clients and assisting in the Win Win aspect of real estate transactions.  Being from Arlington, VA, she's knowledgeable about the surrounding Northern Virginia market.   Nicole is a licensed member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and NVAR (Northern Virginia Association of Realtors). 


Amelia Robinette 

Amelia manages the operations and executes strategy for the team. She utilizes her breadth and depth of experience not only in the real estate industry but also from many other businesses. Amelia has more than 20 years experience working for and with many small ‘mom and pop’ business, medium sized businesses, start ups, venture capitalists, as well as large corporations and philanthropic organizations. Over the past 20+ years Amelia has led people and projects in Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, Administration, Contracts and Accounting. Her focus is always on efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Amelia is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a State Examiner for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Awards, an American Society for Quality certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, certified in Capability Model Maturity Integration, and holds Leadership Certification from the Harvard Business School. Amelia spends quite a bit of her free time with her family, loves gardening and volunteering for Fairfax County Schools and her neighborhood Westlawn Civic Association.

Kindra Gaines

Kindra  has always had a great passion for communication and helping others. As the Director of Inside Sales at The Keri Shull Team she has been able to merge the two.
In 2010, Kindra graduated from Salisbury University with a bachelors in Mass Communication and a goal to work with a company that valued communication and assisting others in the highest degree possible. 

During her time at The Keri Shull Team, Kindra has been the connection point that has led hundreds of clients to finding the home of their dreams! She understands the value of reliable and consistent follow up and has passed these traits down to the rest of her team.
Kindra 's number one goal is that interfacing with The Keri Shull Team will always be a positive and beneficial experience for all of our clients. She strives to provide her team with top of the line training so that our clients are provided with the very best in customer service and care. 

Andreea Leu

Andreea is an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) for the Keri Shull Team.  She joined the team in September 2013 and brought over eight years of customer service expertise.  An alumna of George Mason University and longtime resident of Northern Virginia, Andreea possesses a keen interest in real estate and is excited to be part of such a dedicated and knowledgeable team.
